Well I'm in pretty good shape for the shape of man I'm retired due to a working injury and it doesn't slow me down much simpler rainy days period I'm a lonely widower that has good sex to share with women that want it on a part-time basis when I mean good loving sex good clean sex and honesty I like to have fun and watch movies too so it ain't all in the bed or whatever conversation friend time it's all good to me.
